I am assuming you mean something like this ?
They won't count as I did them last year as part of 8th Army build, including some figures chatting and drinking tea ! Well it is a British command stand !

As Sean said that's perfect, and a platoon commander would also suffice. Just treat the group build as a bit of an excuse to concentrate your efforts on a command element for a faction or war band of your choice. You could paint an HI or PoE model as a flagship.

Hi... 

I just have a question concerning rule n°3 :

"Models currently work in progress are allowed, completed models are prohibited".

I unfortunately do not have any WiP pictures of my command bases...    Only pictures of them, once ready.
May I post even if I don't comply with this rule?

As long as they were completed during the group build time frame they are eligible.

As we are all gentleman of the highest order, we can all be taken at our word. If we enter a piece for consideration, we assume that it qualifies and fits the eligibility criteria.
