Apologies for the list being wrong or incomplete. please amend.

Three tables?
If so, we need 3 set ups of scenery (cloth, buildings, templates).

Stewart has a table set up.
martin has table set up.

Who else?
Maybe bring your own mug?

Colonel Kilgore

If the 'Simon' in question is this one, I don't think I'll be able to make it, sadly. The family seems to have other ideas for that weekend. They really need to read Stewart's plan for the year...

Simon

Sean Clark

I MAY be able to provide some scenery - but not certain at the moment. If anyone else steps forward great, if not I'll see what I can do.

martin goddard

OK chaps

List updated thanks

martin :)

John Watson

I'll have a look in my terrain boxes and let you know.
John

martin goddard

I can bring a second cloth if that is useful?

martin :)

Smiley Miley 66

What terrain do we need ?
Martin has the cloth.
I ve got a big desert type terrain box.
I am lacking some Spanish/MexIcan type buildings at the moment.
Miles

John Watson

We need 4 scenery templates (12x6) and 16 partials for each player. Also 3 feet of road and/or rail.
The large templates need to be for each player:-
1 solid buildings
0-2 scattered buildings
0-2 scrub
0-2 rough hill
0-2 dead ground
0-2 gentle hills

We also need 3 objectives (6x6). A hacienda, a store dump and a rough hill.

I can do some of this but by no means all. I will check out what I have next week. Perhaps Miles and I can do it between us?

John

A good idea John.
Job done.
You can bring less scenery templates than on your list and players will make do with what is on offer.

Moggy

Should be free, have wriggled my way out of a craft fair with the misses!

Dont have an army so will have to borrow.  Got a fair bit of terrain. shout out what is needed and will have a look through my stuff.

Be good to have you there Hefe.
Plenty of armies  will be there.

Sean Clark

I am setting myself a challenge to produce all of the scenery required. If I manage it I'll bring it just in case.

Colonel Kilgore

It's always good to set oneself a challenge, Sean!

I find these Games Days (or the ones I can get to, at least...) a great motivator for making scenery and painting figures.

Simon

Smiley Miley 66

Ok John, I will chat to you when we meet up at your club early next month. Between us we will get a table together no doubt.
Miles

Richardwills

I can bring scenery and buildings as well to fill in any gaps.

Richard
