3 tables of 4 players is great. Im qssuming 3 games per slot?

martin goddard

I would like to play on Sunday afternoon too if that is  OK?

Colonel Kilgore

Stewart,

I would like to offer up a Russian Civil War Squarebashing game for the weekend. I have now painted two largish armies and have a nice new cloth on order from Tiny Wargaming.

Games Id like to play are Big Mikes Sudan, PBI and Hmerin Iron if possible. Plus whatever else is on offer.

Stewart 46A

Thanks Sean
Will put it all together before the end of October, don't for forget please you still need to pay.

Must admit I would love to be able to play a choice of PBI, CWB, Hammerin Iron, PiTS, RoF and Western, MoCB any of those if possible plus anything else that is needed to ?

PITS went well last night at the Dorchester Club.
Stewart and Les used Anglo-Egyptians. Their 3 Units of British Camel Corps made a rapid advance into the Dervish heartlands. Their mission (no 3) was to scout the far village and then exit the table at the far edge.
Mike and Martin(still able to wave his swagger stick left-handed) commanded 3 Foot units of Dervish spear and rifles with a spear-only Camel unit that fought bravely until it was wiped out.

The British Scouts made life difficult for the Dervish arrivals but all 4 units did eventually arrive and stopped the British advance. One Camel Corps unit was destroyed in combat with Dervish Camelry who caught them in column and hit them on the flank. A second Camel Corps unit was reduced to 2 bases fighting the same Dervish Camel unit.  The use of the Card 1 'Kill the Infidels' adding 1 D6 to fighting proved decisive.
Stewart used a combination of steady British firepower and a determined assault to destroy the 8 bases of Dervish camelry.
Les pressed on the with his 2 bases and tried to scout the objective but a strong Dervish unit held on in the village.

Scenery placement, reinforcements, Wild Cards  worked well with a few points to be clarified from the rules.
Mike had a Dervish Flag with each unit which was deemed unsporting by the British and Martin agreed to burn three of them - but still managed a modest win for the Dervishes.

Les has agreed to post a list of Rule Reminders in readiness for the PITS games at the WWW.

Colonel Kilgore

Sounds like a fun game - I must sign up for PitS at WWW.

Delighted to hear that Martin's left hand was able to put in an appearance. Something a bit sinister about that though?  ;D
