Please note that I would like to play something on Sunday PM, preferably Sci Fi

I am not familiar with the rules but tend to pick things up quickly

Quote from: martin goddard on April 23, 2024, 09:42:42 AMIt will be good to see you there Dave.
There will be games from Friday tea time until Sunday  3pm. End to end.
How are you travelling?

martin :)

Probably train, unless I decide to make a road trip of it

Dog sitter confirmed.

How do I pay?

I am just checking with my dog sitter but if that is OK count me in

At this stage it was more of a general enquiry.  I have only played the occasional game with these rules, the last was back in 2022 at the northern event.  Would that be a problem?  If I do come I would want accommodation for the Friday, Saturday and Sunday as it is quite a trek down from Falkirk.  I also need to confirm a dog sitter.

Are there any spaces left?

I will make it if I can but my usual dog sitter is not available that weekend :( .  I may have an alternative but I won't know until a lot nearer the day.

Thanks for following this up.  Depending on date and games being put on I would hope to attend another event.  I enjoyed my 2 games of Patrols in the Sudan last year

Title says it all - I have it in my diary but have not seen anything about it here or on the Facebook page

I enjoyed my day down in Sunny Stockport - it was worth the drive from Falkirk.

I have forgotten names already but particular thanks to the lad from York who put on the two Patrols in the Sudan games.  The second was a rather short affair and every time anyone asked how the game had gone he started with the same phrase...poor old Dave..... and then went on with something along the lines of....caught between a rock and a hard place....

Thanks to Julian for organising a great day and all my fellow gamers for making me feel welcome
