In have been buying figures from Martin since around 1990, at Derby i think.

Anyone remember the old catalogue on pink paper with maybe half a dozen ranges including some 20mm figures and a card castle? It had line drawings of a couple of figures on it.

The oldest Piggie figures I own are I think some dismounted cavalry for the ACW although the NVA are old sculpts I've only just bought them. The dismounted cavalry have been with me for probably 25 years.

What's yours?

Wild west figures, started collecting them in mid  to late 90's I think.  I thought it was about the time they were released, but I might be wrong. Brought the rules at the same time. Still have them and still have a read every so often.

This is good to hear!  The 20mm French resistance went to Barry at falcon figures. The Italian and Sci fi 15mm went to Moonfleet miniatures. some other items have been withdrawn and scrapped.  DBM warship, Turn markers for ECW and Castle card pieces.

What were the turn markers for ECW, Martin? Do you mean the march counters?

I think it was 1999 when I saw an add for Peter Pig figures in a Miniature Wargames mag.  I wrote a letter and ordered some late war Germans and Brits.  Still got them, still using them.

Leman (Andy)

Definitely my Italian Wars figures that are now no longer available. I thought they were really good, although the cavalry could have done with a remodel. I particularly like the Italian infantry being rude, particularly the one giving the old Italian back of the hand brushing the underside of the chin.

Speaking of Moonfleet Miniatures, I was a bit saddened to find they don't sell those 15mm sci-fi figures. I was a bit interested, once I found out, after they had already been retired!

As for my oldest, possibly some of the wild west or WW2 stuff here and there, haha.
