My new scrub/brush bits to sit on a 12x6 template for new PITS. They'll also be used for partials for Mexico etc.

Those are very good Sean. Thick bristles. What are they made from?

I do like that ground finishing - very nice!

Just a yard brush. I bought it from ebay, well just the head  for this very purpose. Hot glue gun stuck the bristles to the base. Sand and paint for the base with cork rocks.

Yard brush for brush.  Very poetic and apt Sean

Thank you Sean yet another good idea from you ?
After your Astro Turf one on 50mm discs s for long grass and I did the same using Doormat instead for African Long grass ? For Wild Geese and the up coming Jadotville games.
I would assume the plastic brush head which we use for piles would be too thick?

Not sure. These bristles are a natural material. I think it's called palm fibre. The obvious advantage is you don't have to paint it 😀

martin goddard

Would you do it as a MILL article please Sean?

Nice work, you could also use a doormat to get similar material.

Absolutely,  however, the bristles would be a uniform length without trimming.

Always nice to see ideas for table scatter.

Just to show you some examples of the "long grass" in the Wild Geese game.
