S and A scenics

Many of us have used S and A Scenics over the years for their excellent Pig friendly templates.

They have been out of action for a while so I reached out via email. The good news is I got a response...the bad news is that Simon is unsure at the moment when he will return to production.

Obviously  first and foremost we wish him all the best and hope things get better soon. There will be plenty of willing customers when he does.

I  need some more/new templates for "AK People's edition".
Simon's were great. Good price  and good quality.  Simon did great custom work too.

I did look around.
There are some great ones from Poland.  HRC Poland. I thought the postage might be a killer.
Maybe the scene?

Thanks for the heads up on Poland. I am already doing business with a Polish gaming company, but 6mm mid-C19th French, so no competition. Postage and VAT still added on, but at least no customs charges. The Central Europeans seem to prefer to send via courier so it is usually a bit more expensive than normal post, but very reliable.

That is a bit annoying as I was going to order some of his templates again, I will have to carry on and make my own ?

You mean the "tufts" Warpainter Scenics.
I know very little about what they do.

Peter deals with him at Entoyment? So maybe Peter might have so imformation,knowledge etc ?

My fussy view, is that I want them to be the same as S+A.
Obviously a  bit silly. Maybe they could buy S+A?

However, I would need to  buy  a totally new set of 40+ templates so they are nicely compatible.

Big fan of S & A scenics. I have a number of their 12x6 templates for RFCM rules.
Hope they're in a position to continue soon.

 Going to need a web address for HRC Poland. I Googled it, but unfortunately HRC Poland is in common useage there for Human Resources companies.
