Non conformist

At the moment I am proposing a replacement for non conformist.
This intention is to make it easier/simpler.

1. 340 instead of 400 points.
2. +4 per asset.
3. 6D6 for reinforcements.

This can be used for any army, but is ideal for a "cheaper"/raw army.
A standard army using this might be reduced to 4 units which is not good for them in terms of initial units on table for attacker.

Needs some testing.
Stewart(Finnish) did and he won versus 400 point 14th army.
