Yes, I have those Steve. The COMBAT seres is great. They give a quick overview and some good illustrations. They probably need reading in conjunction with other relevant books or internet articles.

Comment above led to one of my personal grates. "Lock and load" is a commonly used term albeit wrong. If a weapon is locked it can't be loaded. Load and lock makes sense but because of common usage doesn't sound right. Unless someone knows better.

Oh well. Whinge over.
