Better never than late.
Stage 1 of my scnery project. I have cut out 8 plywood templates and sealed them with varnish.
Great start.

Looks like you spilled a lot of cocaine on those peices stewart. Be tidier.
I have some foam that is ideal for making a hill side. Remind me on Tuesday and I will give you some and  some hints on how to use it.

Stage 2
Glued foam pieces to ply templates.
I used PVA and a big brick on top.
I am now going to wait 13 hours for PVA to dry.

How are you going to unstick the big brick, Martin?

No you mention it Simon.
I will go outside and unstick them....

Took my wood saw to the cork bark and made some slices. The cork cuts quite well and retains some integrity.

Cut and sanded the foam hill shapes.
Covered it all in Tetrion. Tetrion is a very tough filler and has a glue effect too.
Hope it is sunny on Thursday to dry the scenery pieces.
I have made 2 rough hills, 3 gentle hill, 1 rough ground, 1 wood, 1 building.
This will give a complete (for most games)  set for CK games.
The Colours show is getting a bit close......

Thursday
Painted the pieces in sand and green.
Tried some water effects but stripped it off as not looking good enough.
Then I will do the hi lights.
