A bit of my confusion

I need a bit of help here.

I seem to have booked a hotel for 25th and 26th November up north .
The up north day is 14th October.
Are there two events or has something moved or got wrong?
Help appreciated.

23/25th November = Weymouth

Hello Sean.
Last year Miles and I stayed over on the Saturday night for Daventry SB day.
I have made no arrangements for this year yet as I do not know who is going from down here?

Miles and I have booked a room in Stockport for Friday and Saturday nights.

Colours is a day trip with Nigel, Stewart and I travelling up for the day.

WWW is an easy one for me. That allows me to game Sunday afternoon too.

Sunday 10th September is Square bashing games at Entoyment.
