I receive quite a few e mails that are in a tiny font.
This makes it difficult for me to read them.
In OUTLOOK you can change the font size. I use 14point because I have very bad eyesight.
I mention this because  folk might not appreciate that this can be done.

Have you ever changed your OUTLOOOK font size?

I tend to use the <Ctrl> button and the mouse scrolling wheel together within any application if I want to zoom in or out, Martin.

I do use that Simon.
My problem is that most e mails are readable,  but then the 10pt one comes up.
I think the point size is something many believe cannot be changed.

The thing I find with almost all my emails is that they are "higher informative marketing material" so get deleted unread lol
