They are beautiful models and paint up really well, although for me they are seeing service with actual 10mm SYW armies.

What's going on? It's always 6mm Sengoku Jidai

Wow those look really good.  I try at 6mm but just find it a challenge to keep the motivation up on them.

I'm focused on Blood Bowl at present. I'm an ok player but find it a fun/challenging game. Here is my latest team painted, got block orcs on the table now - more pics on my blog of course:

Wow, looks like usagitsuki is making a play to become Shogun! Next up it will be Sekigahara at 1:1 figure scale! ;D

Interesting request Sean, nice to see some new people posting even if John and Neil are now going to be shy.

Posted up on another thread, but in a bid to be less 'distant'.

Busy life 'adulting' and not enough time with my toys, too much painting for others. So back this year looking for like minded individuals to fire me up.

There is a lot of local (Dorset) gaming going on Lee.
Where are you based now??

I'm Wimborne - Entoyment is technically my local, but also looking for any other venues.

Adulting, a blended family and on call rota likes to throw in some challenges.

I can recommend Wessex Wargames Society (see our website). We meet one the first Saturday of the month from 1000 to 1800 and on the third and fifth Saturday each month from 1300 to 1800 at Colbury Memorial Hall between Ashurst and Totton. All sorts of different games played. Some of the forum members are WWS members; Martin, Derek and me for starters. We are having a bash at CK this Saturday. Let me know if you want to come along anytime.

I will probably become a member there to in the next few months. But yes a good little club there.
There is the club on a Monday evening in West Moors too, Matt and Gary and others.
Unfortunately this Saturday, I can't make it. Board games, Six nations and Guinness at mine( well they do sponsor the Rugby), as the wife is away. Otherwise I would have come along.

I'm not shy (well I am but...) however I thought I had posted enough to be considered an annoying regular...
For me the year of the rabbit will hopefully brush off on me and I will get the closest I have ever been to actually painting up all forces and scenery and actually getting to game in one sitting...
On the workbench are numerous AK47 projects including scenery and objectives and finishing off forces to my satisfaction. FFL have joined the roster of Tuareg rebels and various Senemali regular units. This has not been helped by me accumulating a museums-worth of technicals, carriers, armoured cars and tanks since my chosen imagi-nation relies on mobility and desert warfare. Thankfully some of my recent scenic projects can also double for my MexRev...

I hope to get my ACW and WoR plans into reality...

If you come to the Weymouth ASDA/Levellers club you can shop and play.
A whole new concept in wargaming. Hope it lasts.
Stewart has commissioned (?)   a big recruitment banner for display at  our ASDA meetings.

Suggestions for text please?

"Wives of Common Men - park your husbands here!"? Or is that a bit stereotypical in more ways than one?

Yes it is, but I suppose 2000 years of patriarchy, foisted on the Celts by the Romans, is a bit hard to shake off.
