Try refreshing the page and it should work out (?)
If you get a get screen  when using the link you need to scroll down  a bit because it often shows a pre page of grey.

I have tried and succeeded. And read all 109 pages on a train journey this evening.

I think the tecchie folk would likely point to a cache problem - it's happened to me in the past with updates to the PP website.

Have the folks that are struggling closed and then reopened their browsers?

Failing that, have they gone into their browser "Settings" and found the "clear cache" option?

I'd like to say what a wonderful - indeed a "classic" - this latest issue of The Mill is.

Some really good articles on an eclectic range of topics, with some smashing photos.

On which point, thank you Xavier for sharing the tricks of your photo trade. It had never crossed my mind to simply place the phone on the table, and I can't wait to try this approach when I next play!

Great job everyone, especially Martin for pulling it all together.

Martin,

As Simon says, the issue is most likely with the caches...clear those and I don't think there will be a problem with size. However as stated, refreshing on the Mil page worked fine. All three of my articles are picture heavy which I shall try to amend for issue 15

Don't change your picture amount Sean. Many gamers need pictures more than text.
You and I are enjoying the MILL .  Others will need to enjoy our enjoyment?

Here's how I got mine. A friend who could download it emailed it to me. I then downloaded the email. Job done.
