Once again in the Uk it is the time for cheap tubs of sweets (Roses, Heroes, quality street etc).
They come in round tubs with a diameter of about 9".

These tubs havea lid which can be used. They will stack.

The sad thig is that they are of no use to me.

Have you found a good use for such tubs in your gaming world??
Don't worry I am not going to bring a whole pile of them round to your place.

Yes, I've used them for storage over the years. I think I have some bits for Men from Company B in a plastic roses tub at the moment including my Hueys and some jungle pieces.

I store some of my Armies to be made in them. Jacobs Cracker boxes are good for this, same sort of thing but Square boxes rather than round.

I've ended up using them to store paint; it's less of a problem storing round paint pots in a round container....

I'm more of a square metal biscuit tin kinda guy, particularly as I base with magnetic strip. The shallow ones are great for storing scenic items.

The tubs are mainly plastic now, so not useful for magnetic storage.

I find them useful to store bulk items.
Things like terrain.

You can use steel sheet on the inside and then they'd be useful for magnetic based figures and models... I did that once with an old LP case

The roses ones are best for me because there are no toffee or hard centres for my teeth to fail on.
You can always tell which sweets are hard centres in my boxes, they have teeth marks on them

Just the wrong shape for logical storage. However i have aquired a few smaller round tubs over the years for storing sand, gravel, static grass, flock, matchsticks etc.
