I will be there but I have no painted up forces of any sorts.
Unfortunately the ones I have got to paint are a way down the pile ?

No problem Miles. I can lend you some as can Mike and Stewart.

Highly unlikely I can attend I'm afraid. I'm at Game up North the week after. 2 Saturdays in a row requires divine intervention.

Stewart 46A

No problem Sean, see you in November

Thank you Martin. It will good to play the rules again, unfortunately not enough weekends to play all the good PP games in !
Same old story.
Too many armies and rules to paint the forces for as well, especially now I am doing 6mm Team Yankee as well, when I was going to do some Hammerin Iron ships. But I am enjoying tidying up my 30 plus year old models, and basing them up, I didn't realise I had that much ? Lol

Good day out at Entoyment.
I played my (White Star) Australians who lost narrowly to Charlie in both games.
Richard played well in the first game and inflicted a lot of casualties.
Eric soon mastered the disappearing trick to great advantage.

Thanks to Stewart for organising the day and for all those who took part.

Did a lot of white star command squads  get destroyed?
I lost two.

I had White Star twice last week and it is very easy for the platoon command to become isolated and very vulnerable.  I will bear that in mind for the future.

Went the day well?  YES

Good news!

White star commanders are vulnerable. In my campaign, Tour of Duty in one of the Mills, I give the commander a 2+ save regardless of circumstances.

I hope the day went well with everyone playing with the same rules!!
