Summary of ancients CK battle day 18th June

Here is a summary of the armies so that it does not get lost amongst the good chat.

Eric = Warband Germans
martin= Imperial Romans and Egyptians
Stewart= Egyptians and Mongols
Big Mike= Crusader,  Viking
Miles = Pairing up in game 1. Choosing for game 2 (Maybe use a borrowed army)
John=Successors, Crusaders
Derek= Normans, Mongols
Richard  =Norman armies; Saxon; Viking;Carolingians
Simon= Later Roman Army [#48] including some allied Huns coming along for a spot of pillaging

Also have a generic barbarian (dressed in furs and naked) that can be a lot of differenty things as long as you are not picky!.

Just choose a list that it will comply with.
Maybe consider Germans or Dacians?

Will do a list up for then as Germans I should think. The term at that time covered a very wide range of nations that were all similiar.

Think I will bring my Norman era army (for its first outing on the table) and the Barbarians. Actually put some figures on bases today for the Carthaginians ready for spraying (and to also work out what more I need). Seems all I really need now are some more cavalry and commanders.  Then the fun can begin of painting more "Bl***y orses"!
