Hi All

CK31 been received from Martin. Thanks

Have spent the last hour going through it.

Its ok, I am not going into a lengthy spiel of everything I have found. Have gone through my posts following CK30 and the ones added after the Scots vs Mongol game and little has been addressed from those. I have to guess Martin has been busy which is fair enough.

Main change I spotted was in the post fight stage and the destruction of units. Only now applies to Cavalry and only then if the winner has a 3 hit margin. Infantry no longer can run down cavalry and it is limited to a max of 2 units destroyed.  Looks much better that way but would have to play it to be sure in my mind.

Not sure what Martin changed in Artillery as nothing highlighted. Didn't spot any drastic changes but then again I am not that familiar with the art rules.

Not sure what else was changed. Maybe Martin should clear all the blue before doing changes in blue and use a new colour for each version lol.  Just Kidding Martin but there is still a lot of blue from previous revisions and it is hard to pick out changes in a 96 page document.

Good job though.

Cheers

Derek

So, moral of these clips:

1   do set up. Move generals to centre of table. Each roll 1D6 highest wins. Put troops back in box.

2.  Just as well Roman cavalrymen were issued blue underpants or this would have been "adult rated"

3.  Didn't see any romans stabbing with a Gladius. I thought that was its use. Just wild slashing. Very holly wood.   Oh and if defending don't use polystyrene rocks to throw off walls. Looks good till you see them bouncing off shields.

LOL

Good typical Foreign "Hollywood" though. Thanks Julian
