Okay I need help here with this. I have three armies laid out the Frontac(Federal Forces), New Sparta Militia(US Right Wing, Sparta is super popular in the US right also some humor in the initials  flip), and Helot Revolt (Left Wing). Frontac is just rocking olive drab uniforms with flat black APCs and Armor Cars. I have no idea how to paint the other factions except giving the NSM a bit of Red on their uniforms(Spartans/US Right Wing). Please help.

Left wing I would go the black look.  Bit like those Antifa types.

I was worried the black be to boring. Though it's likely the only thing that makes sense really.

Even WW2 camo schemes can look good. Someone painted up a modern day Leopard 2 in the old "Ambush " scheme it looked really good. Like Julian says get onto Google and keep looking.
If you go with "just" Black you can done so many things with greys and other colours mixing in etc. Inks, shading and highlights to turn your "Just Black" into something special.
There are many guides on the web that show you how to paint these Camouflages, and to be honest no one can say it's not right ? It could be your "Factions" own camo. The main thing especially for your Regulars and Professionals, You just have to maintain a "uniform" look over your force.
As Julian mentioned with the Militia some civilian type looks, can go a long way, and odd bit of clothing here and there wouldn't be wrong. A pop or rock T shirt or Hoodie or someone in a track suit top or bottoms, a pair of trainers ? PP  already does some head Swops with different types of caps and bare heads that can into the mix. Anything that you might see on a bunch of "teenage kids" that is "trendy" at the time period you wish to portrait?
That's the good thing with AK there are no real hard and fast do's and do not's especially with how you paint your forces, just let your imagination flow and keep in consistent.

What about the Right Wingers. I thought a mix of military fatigue colors and maybe random shirts.

I would go for something like this. Gives a mix of fatigues perfect para military going out wear.
