I know some people like Derek, Mike and Miles are making some specific scenery pieces for AK Day, and others have said they'll bring along their chosen 7 items.

As it stands we need 5 tables. That may increase if we manage to find a couple of extra players, but for now we'll plan on 5.

Can those attending let me know what they plan to bring and whether they can provide a cloth and how many scenery items. I'll collate what resources we have and at least ensure anyones special items get used.

I have a cloth we can use, maybe 2 if needed.

I have made and will be bringing:

Tyre dump                           -      Rough Hill
Sludge reservoir                   -      Marsh
Leaking pipelines                  -      Gully
Factory                                -      Buildings
Shanty town                        -      enough for 2/3 building templates
Power plant/watchmans hut  -      Building
Wriggly tin walls                   -      Enough for 2 terrain sections
Radio tower                          -    Building
Planned to make

Burnt out trees                     -      enough for 2 templates
Dry river/burnt out bridge     -      River bed

I still need to make bare templates for these yet but that's just a couple of hours work.  Off tio Devon tomorrow to "borrow" some more sand. Nearly out of my Scarborough sand now.

Its a lovely airport set up you have Mike ( im assuming it was the one in the battle pics v. miles?)
Look forward to seeng it up close.

Julian
Julian,
yes, with further additions and a freshly concreted runway - that cheap tarmac we used just melts in the heat.

Your words; "Look forward to seeing it up close", sound ominous....

OK chaps, listen in.

So far I have the following confirmed as bringing scenery.

1. Julian - mat and 7 scenery items
2. Simon P - mat and 14 scenery pieces
3. Miles - mat plus 14 scenery pieces, plus a spare mat and 7 more scenery pieces.
4. Derek - 1 or 2 mats and 22 scenery pieces.
5. Big Mike - Airport table which has 7 scenery pieces
6. Dene - mat and 7 scenery pieces.
7. Sean - mat and 7 scenery pieces.

I could do with a sit rep from Martin Goddard, Martin Buck, Martyn Simpson and Chris Cunningham as to what you plan to bring amd whether you have a mat or not.

I suspect we will have way more than needed but it helps to have a plan B in case of mishap.
