Yes, I need to think what battle I'll do. I fancy doing another historical game for 6 players but which period? We've done Marston Moor and the Somme....where next?

Ia Drang or Khe Sanh...?

All those helicopters would look cool.

Could even augment the standard game to have an additional "layer" managing reinforcement arrivals for each side?

I was thinking of Gettysburg or D-day type PBI game

Thanks for posting. Sean.

I see that the YouTube category for it is "Comedy".

Presumably this was intentional...?

Good job Sean, lot of effort and a fab game.

My vote for a Piggie.

Best to all

Thanks for a really comprehensive summary of the weekend.
We did play a lot of games with a great variety of results.
Some game went very well, end an ECW game with my opponent only have three generals left in the final turn and some just slipped away, the PITTS cavalry game with the Brits just getting one base over to get the win!

But after all it was the taking part that counts.
Again like Sean its a Thursday trip over and Monday trip back.
8 hours each way and 323 km each way.

Yeah, photos are awesome, its good to see how it all turned out (very nice BTW) and I enjoyed some of those scenic shots from ground level and the cotton balls worked great as smoke on the battlefield especially from the air, really well done, the only thing missing, would have been good if there was a  shot of the forum attendees with names, its always good to put names to faces.  ;D
