Russian Civil War variant?

I'm continuing to read about the riverine actions involving Commonwealth forces during the Russian Civil War.

While sourcing some of the vessels involved might be a problem, it struck me that the general nature of the actions was not that dissimilar (ship-to-ship and ship-to-shore) from that being modelled in Hammerin' Iron.

Has anyone had similar thoughts, or maybe even given it a pop?

I've done nothing Simon, beyond almost completing the reading of a book!

The idea just occurred to me when reading these posts, so I thought I'd share it here. I've got so many projects I still need to build, so I don't think I'll be doing this anytime soon.
