I'm not an AK-47 fan but as an advocate of good scenery these all look inspiring to creating 'period' feel. It seems to me the ubiquitous 40' shipping container in all its various guises would be a good addition to the table... they first appeared in the early C20 and became really popular in the 1960s to 1970s...

;D Brilliant... an excellent BoGoF - storage AND defensive perimeter!

This is certainly a forum ablaze.  Wonderful work chaps :)

The memorial arch is wonderful!

Julian,

Where did you get the shipping contrainers from?

Moggy

Another item done. The goats at the back are at the insistence of the wife.  Sometime she does have good ideas.

Thank you chaps, v kind. It is really good to see everyone's ideas and the great things being designed and made, I am looking forward to the big day, meeting everyone in the flesh so to speak and seeing the kit on the table!

Moggy

I have a bundle of miniature tyres o its way. Going to making a rough hill of them as couldn't find enough miniature rubbish to make a dump hehe

I can see it now, the objectives will be forgotten in the pitched battle to capture the Goats ;D

Think i misread the ideas given.

I have made a mime with a top hat and clown face along with a man with a knife Mansun.
Better scrap them and start again.

my highly expendable militia troops are very much looking forward to charging under the arch, then getting shot to pieces , failing the morale tests and then retreating back under the arch.

I see our armies train with the same tactics book!  :-\

Another item go near my factory. Wade through at your own risk.

You may glow a little or cough a bit more but like cigarette advertising at the time "prevent throat scratch". (Yes they are genuine adverts of the 50's. Redacted to not show the offending item)

Colonel Kilgore

That looks suitably toxic, Derek, and quite possibly worse than the ciggies!

Jimmy James

Derek, you're showing a phenomenal output of excellent kit. Lovely work!

Moggy

Thanks.

Been turning more towards the religious force so maybe I should be the green party (extremist wing) trying to do  their bit. Do you think I can get Martin to do a Greta Thunberg miniature? or maybe a miniature Attenborough?

Already working on a scrap and tyre hill. Not sure how it is working out right now but........ hold this space.
