Piggy Day out at Entoyment

My worries are that the "open up" might be delayed or that the restrictions upon players might make the event impractical.

I am sure that Peter will not want to be at the centre of an outbreak so will be taking a responsible attitude.

A foot bath at the door, bio suits at the bottom of the stairs with Andy checking for conformity.

A special cabinet for hosing down all figures, boxes, scenery, dice of all players with high grade disinfectant and ultra violet light.

Everyone will be issued with a special stick to check that you all maintain good social distancing.

And Barry will be around to take the drinks orders!!!

That is good proactive stuff, Mike. I think I will wait until I've had my second jab (mid-June) and hope to catch up with a bunch of you down South shortly after that.

I posted this on the Bloody Barons play day but I will put it on here as most of is relevant to Entoyment ? I know the AK47 and Sq Bashing is held else where ?
As it is July half way thru next week, that leaves us 6 months of this year to try and fit in a few things if possible?
Sean has mentioned and hopefully secured a date and place to do AK47(reloaded). As it has been mentioned before Hammerin Iron has been discussed especially at Entoyment, so I think it is right we should have an "open" day for people to see the game and play the game. WWW Stewart is organising and a very good event this has become a calendar must. CWB is a firm favourite by usual faithful. Simon has arranged a Crete day ? Or at least a PBI 1941? Which ever is the easiest to arrange ? Finally MexRev as this might be finished and printed this year ?
AK47, Hammerin Iron, MexRev ? CWB(1861),WWW and PBI (Crete - 1941).
As we try and aim for one event every 2 months or there aborts, most years ?
2022. Proposed: WWW, CWB(1862), PBI(1942), SB, BB ? And something else there is 6 already ? Then any other smaller events plus some shows Beachead, Bovington and possible further afield ?

It shows we are keen to do things.
Excellent.

Sadly there is so much holding us all back too.

Which events happen or do not happen is subject to all sorts of happenstance and events dear boy.

I suggest we do what we can when we can.

Well I thought I d put a list of "proposed" events and see what we can achieve?
Otherwise it could end up another year of lost events and achievements ?
This virus is something we are going to have to live with, it's getting the balance of doing things and not ?
I know that I fall into the category of more than possibly not feeling too well if I was to catch it ? As after both Jabs I ve had a "chest infection". So if that's under a controlled environment what would have happened if I hadn't of had the jab ?
Some I am not saying that's jump in with both feet ? We have got to start from somewhere? Last Saturday was hopefully a start ?
I am going to go to Entoyment on Tuesday morning, meeting Mike to play PBI 2020, if anyone wants to join us ? as it shouldn't be too busy upstairs to play a game ?
