The persons have been chosen, but their identities will be kept secret so as to make their release more interesting.

Well Stewart, they would certainly be violent looking figures. Difficult to sculpt the sheer aggression and lordship of those infamous characters.

This having been said; any figures called "Simon" would cover 4 RFCM members.
Thus, 1 sculpt called "Simon" and it can be painted up in 4 different ways.

You make a very good point there, Martin - Simons are something of a commodity here.

However, this may drive you down that "innovative sculpting" option #11, as we may need different hair styles? Or maybe just alternative heads (all baring our teeth in similarly aggressive styles, of course).

A helm with a wolf's head on it would resolve these issues, of course.

I was going to give each WOTR character a speech bubble (similar to the vikings) but thought it might not be popular.
The idea being that players culd write on the bubble nad chnage it by rubbing it off and starting again.
