Happy October fellow members. I'm in somewhat of a delirious state as I sit and face three more days of study before my exam on Tuesday. Life will begin again! I'm planning on what to dive into first as I've not lifted a brush in around 4 weeks now.

My jungle needs finishing and my bamboo templates need doing. Priority is my Somme game.....getting the figures and scenery done in time for Weymouth. Post Weymouth I really need to knuckle down and complete some 'nearly' finished projects then look towards Spanish Civil War. Plus I need to get some games in!

See you all on Tuesday afternoon folks. Keep up the chatter as when i take my tea breaks I like to pop in and see what people are up to!

Sean,

It looks like you've already sorted your priorities, Sean: Somme / Vietnam / lead pile / shiny new SCW. Just don't go looking for any further distractions!

Best of luck with the revision and exams,

Simon

Sean good luck with the exams.

Don't worry to much about getting the Somme stuff all painted, I have both late war German and British troops painted (even some French!) and some Iron clad trenches which you can borrow.

Yet another reorganisation at work means I'm now not sure what slots I can attend at Weymouth but it does look like I'll have to work the weekend so won't make it all. Hopefully I'll make the Somme game.

Found a load of 15mm Zulu figures I'd forgotten about, must be 25 years old just need to find some rules, Martin how about .......

Do you want us all to come along and help with signs up against the exam hall windows. It would be no trouble!

Sean Clark

That would have been useful but we were on the first floor!

A little disappointed. Results are out at the end of November, but I'm not at all confident. The I knew all the answers, but the questions for most of those answers didn't come up  ;D

I'm still getting over the awful hash I made of Charles XII of Sweden in my A Levels in 1971!
