Don't know about that, I plan for the week so cooking Liver and bacon tonight, shepherds pie tomorrow and making meatballs for Thursday, Fish curry Friday, chicken Saturday and Steak Sunday.

I feel sure that Stewart could do something Tex-Mex with the chicken and steak at least, if not with the rest.

Maybe we need a new thread on our top Mexican recipes, to get into the swing of things?

I don't have a lot of mex spices in but I am planing. Chicken  enchiladas next week and I do make a nice chilli
