Nice to see CWB getting an airing on TWW, pictures (linked to in the original post) are stunning

As it's not my blog, seems inappropriate to put the direct link to the blog here. I remember a post linking to some beautifully painted ECW piggies on the Pendraken forum. Perhaps this thread could become a repository for all things PP/RFCM that we come across elsewhere?

Colonel Kilgore

That's a glossy magazine-quality blog post - great pictures, AAR and introduction to the CWB rules!

Thanks for sharing, Radar.

I agree with all Simon said above. Good find by Radar, thank you.

It is a rather spanking write up. One to aspire to I think

Wow!

Civil War Battles are possibly my all time favourite wargames rules ever. Not just my favourite ACW rules. To see them given this treatment and enjoyed so much makes my heart skip a beat  :)

Somebody needs to show him Washington's Army for his AWI figures.

These look really interesting. Swedish Home Guard for the 1943 campaign, WW1 Austrians with AWI tricorn hat headswaps. A contender for the most obscure conversion /use of AWI heads award?

Per is making an awesome project for Sweden 1943, he has moded and 3D printed custom stuff to give it a Sweden vibe with birch trees and everything. Check out his blog: https://rollaone.com/

Here's an AK47 Republic game on the Lead Adventure forum:

Interesting use of smaller scale buildings, I think some of the vehicles are 1/87 scale from Roco or  a model railway manufacturer.

These are from Dr Robert Dunlop. A man who knows a thing or two about WW1, having co-authored Great War Spearhead and put on some truly huge games in 6mm including virtually the whole of the 1st July Somme offensive.

Smoking gun

Hello,
Dr Robert Dunlop has posted some more photos of his Great War French and under a new topic Great War Germans, again very nicely painted PP figures.
