How are we doing with issue 4? I only get to page 39 when I die load it  :o

Martin sent it to Matias (who's really Ivan), who returned it to Martin, who thought he was still waiting for it from Ivan (or possibly Matias), who pointed out to Martin that he'd already sent it, so Martin's looking for an email from Ivan Matias, or Matias Ivan, to post the latest version to the PP website.

Come on Sean, please keep up in the back row there!

Sean Clark

I always was as a bit slow on the uptake. It's so obvious now you explain it!  ;D ;D

Ivan? When did the Russians get involved? First it's the US elections, then it's the General election and now it's 15Mill. Will they stop at nothing?

Sean Clark

I blame Putin, Lenin and the Romanovs.

Matías

Looks like Edition 4 is up and running on the website.
It would be great to hear what you guys think!

Ivan,
First impressions are - it looks really great, but I found the whole DropBox thing something of a faff. Was this necessary due to the file size, as opposed to the PDF being hosted directly on the PP website?
Apologies if this comes across as being negative - I'm simply trying to understand the rationale.

I cannot get the pdf. It is not available.  It is a linked google drive file or something too tricky to get a "handle" on.  All a bit beyond me I am afraid to say.  It does look great though. Well done and thanks to Matias.

Martin seems to have done his manic agin, it's on the PP site,
Pictures look amazing and the gamettes well thought out.
Well done all

No idea about that. I just used DropBox to share the file with Martin, it was his choice to use the DropBox link. You can download it from DropBox right?

Colonel Kilgore

I can now (i.e. since posting my earlier moan - sorry!).

I didn't want to have to create a DropBox account and suchlike, but I have now realised that I can click on the white "down arrow" button next to the blue Sign In one at the top right of my screen, and download the PDF directly from there, thanks.

Dont know about drop box but it seems to be in pdf on the PP front page

Strange - when I click on the PP links, it takes me to DropBox...

Maybe we'll all need an IT clinic next weekend?

Sean Clark

Yes takes me to Dropbox too but I do have an account so downloaded fairly easily.

Looking forward to reading it later.

Leman (Andy)

I'm supposed to have a dropbox account, but it seems to have vanished from my computer. However I just downloaded directly.

A real pain, first you go to Dropbox, whats this for, then it asks you to register, but if you kill this window it will open. It take while as it is so large and 75 pages.
You can use the table of contents on the first page, but is not interactive. This is worse than a *.PDF or even a word version.
And then when I scroll through to hunt for an article I get error messages saying that "pages have not loaded".
Only loaded to page 21.

This does not sell 15mm very well.
If I wish to save it to the computer all I can do is as a web page. This includes Dropbox side bar taking more than a quarter of the screen view.

I also don't wish to create a 'drop whats it"!
