Well the play day was martin v Chris. Rob popped in.
We had a nice day.
We played 2 games between 10 am and 2 pm. This included a lunch break too.
Chris and I had good games because we knew the rules. I think that new players will find the game a bit complex because the systems are all new.
The pseudo grid system worked very well.
Cavalry worked well.
Bow fire worked well.
Fights worked well.
Morale worked well.
Job almost done ??
The army sizes were fine but would require a player to paint 150 plus figures.
Next we should play some of the historical battles to see how they come out.
Apart from that, play  testing will continue.

Sounds promising. fortunately I have a fair few troops for both sides painted up.
