Here is my idea for 25mm + figure sizes.

Table 6 x 3 foot. Giving 16 zones of 18x9 inches dimensions each.
Each unit = 8 figures. This means instead of 8 half bases in 15mm there would be 8 full bases in 25mm. Alternatively if the 25mm are on multiple bases just use two big bases. Put bases behind each other when out of order. casualties recorded on an accompanying D6??
