Edition 1.  Out later today.
Special thanks to contributors.
Also to Les and Simon for kicking the tyres.
Let's get this one out, then we have a basis for change and evolution.
It is always tougher to do things, than to talk about doing things.

So get working on a contribution for next edition.

Specially looking for (or anything else you can think of)

2. Your war-game table + photos. comments and how you overcame any limitations. Multiple articles on this?
3. making  and assembling 15m, vehicles.
4. Bases and the materials used upon them.
5.Good books that have helped your gaming in any way.
6. 15mm flags

Very nice Martin - even better than the draft!

Particularly nice "eye candy" - and all in 15mm too ;)

Nick

Very impressive. There's a lot more in there than I was expecting.

Congratulations:

A good read and very easy on the eye.
I usually need a good lie down after 30 or so pages.
This time I was still going strong at the end.

Is it wrong that I skipped over the duelling rules?

I think that is permissible while you're still painting up the figures ;)
