Scratch building a galley

I've enjoyed little chances to post anything here lately, due to a sudden blackout during a heavy storm having damaged my home PC, several days ago --I haven't got it repaired yet. I haven't stood idly by in the meanwhile, though.

I'm now working on a third ships commission (three piggy frigates for a friend), as well on a Skytrex galleass for my own collection. But the lack of a home PC has also favoured me to dare experimenting with making ships from scratch --like the small galliot or "galera subtil" below.



I've made it entirely with PVC and HPS plastics, either from plain sheets or spare parts from other model kits; only the mast and flag poles are non-plastic.





I'm now in the process of building a similar but larger galley using the same material sources. Pictures hopefully soon
