10mm SYW Prussian Black hussars at the moment.

Colonel Kilgore

I'm still chugging through my Late War German WW2 force, realising that:

a) there are more different colours on Germans than on their opponents, so things take a bit longer
b) buying enough figures for almost all company list permutations was probably not a wise move.

Mike6t3

Just purchased some early WW1 French (PP of course) and got the first batch cleaned up and undercoated the first batch. All ready to start painting when I'm back from my hols.

I will put the picture on next.
That's what I ve been working on all year so far. It's taken me longer than expected, but also a lot more tanks than I expected to do. But very satisfying as I ve now done more than enough Engineering tanks for most wargamers now. I ve got the Churchill Bridgelayer that Airfix do, to convert and make as well as Crocodiles with Culin Hedgerow device to make in the near future. Also a Sherman BARV for the beaches.
These will be at our Gold Beach game at Bovington this Saturday and Saturday 27th at Entoyment, where we are havin the full battle, as the Bovington show we will be starting at turn 3. Otherwise the paying public will see a lot of Sand and not many tanks...

Here are a few shots of Miles' excellent work:

%¥×! and @#¢^

Just feeling smug at finishing a unit of commanded shot, taken advantage of some sunshine to spray varnish them. Sat down to base them and there's one missing. #£@¥€π !
Guessed I'd just miscounted and expected to find a musketeer loading in the spares box. Not there, not anywhere.

Thankfully there's a few musketeers marching, so one of them will have to do. Grrrr!

That sounds like something of a Forlorn Hope  :)

Leman (Andy)

Right now working on 10mm SYW Prussian cuirassiers, but have just ordered a small pack of 15mm Lurkio British Home Service figures to compare with PP WWI Germans. If suitable I'll then expand with some of the Canadian Pill box heads on Sudan British.

Noggin

Currently working on some PP Pirates as well as a few 15 Arab cavalry to supplement my Abbasid army. Also need to do the large ships for PoE, so all in all quite busy.
As for what to do after those.............massive heap of lead to get through but I think it may be 10mm FPW basing.

Leman (Andy)

Ah Noggin, a fascinating conflict and some wonderful 10mm figures available for it. I am using a variety of those (but mostly Pendraken and Red Eagle) in my Walter Schnaffs armies.

Also just boxing off some 6mm Central European buildings - masses of woodwork and with washing I can only work on one face at a time. Once these and a couple more 10mm units done for the SYW club campaign I can get back to 15mm - WWI Belgians.

Radar

My artillery trains have expanded

King and parliament both have the same expansion

And yet more baggage!

for those of you wondering carts and limbers from Museum. All this was started by having a sort out of my spares box.

Also been expanding the ECW travelogue on the blog.

Now started on yet more firelocks/commanded shot. Still putting off the other 96 headswaps required for my clubmen. Can't think why

Colonel Kilgore

Very nice. How big a table do you now need to fit all you ECW stuff on...?  :)

Radar

I use the floor. Always have done. Got a biiiiig mat-o-war (2.5m x 1.5m)
