Hi,
  Played PBI the other afternoon for the first time with 2025 rules. Question came up about medium mortars. Martin has already answered most of my question in a previous message. But didn't clarify if the PC is allowed move a distance away from the mortar battery. Is it ok to move 2-3 squares to get line-of-sight to a target, even if your opponent makes you re-roll???
   Also couldn't find anything on mortar effect on open topped vehicles? Could you clear these points up please.

Hi guys,
   Have had an AK game with a river, where objective markers were both sides. My river is a 'Last Valley' one, 2'ft sections 10" across, it does have a Bailey bridge section. Two of the river sections have small islands which we use as fording points for infantry. But my question is about amphibious vehicles! l have Russian BTR60's, BRDM-2's, & PT76's. We have been allowing them to cross the River terrain at minus 3" movement, like the penalty for infantry crossing Within terrain. Is this within the rules, bearing in mind we only have the Original set...... Mark

   Many thanks for the rule update, that has cleared up my problem. Hope to get them on the table soon & try them out, realised they would only be small arms. Would it be cheeky to give them RPG's or is that pushing it???
   As soon as l've learnt how will send pictures for you Howard, but they are based on pennies as l play Force on Force with them as well. To play AK47 l had to buy more figs! 😜 No complaints though my son & l have played 13 games in the last three weeks, he's a game up, not that lm counting!!! Thanks again guys..... Mark

Hi, lm new to the forum so please excuse me if l ask an old question. I've recently started playing the original AK47 with my son during the lockdown, it has been a lot of fun & very competitive. Some years back l bought some packs of Professional's on horse back. My problem is there are no clear rules for them, & having painted them up want to use them in our games if possible. We could make some house rules up of course, but when the lockdown goes l've got the problem of passing them off to the group l play with. Have there been suggestions that l could use from the past???
