Very good day.
Thank you John for taking me and bringing me back home.
Lost one ( small loss)
Won one (massive win)
Used my 1960s British with my 1990s British as fillers, for now !
Thank you Stewart and Martin for organising the day.

Thanks to everyone for turning up

Good day of gaming although entoyment was very cold

7 players
I had two wins and a draw

John Watson

A very enjoyable day. Two very gentlemanly paced games with Big Mike. He fairly trounced me in the first game but the Geriatric Republic of Lumbago came back with a vengeance in the second game.

Yes a good day gaming. Unfortunately the forces of the People's Popular Front of Democratic Republic of North Zumne suffered two defeats at the hands of the neo fascist colonial imperialist backed forces. The glorious leader of our army Idi McTrump whilst educated at Eton and The London School of Economics, remains committed to the people of North Zumne. He will lead a purge of counter revolutionaries to ensure the people still have the opportunity to vote for him in the up and coming elections. He feels confident that he can surpass his previous record of winning 105% of the votes cast. Those wishing to contribute to the continued development of the North Zumne development project are asked to make contributions via president McTrump's  Swiss bank account.

Well done chaps - sounds like a good day's gaming, and the photos look great.

Well done on Stewart in getting 2 wins and a draw (presumably from 2 games?). I'm guessing you're also the Returning Officer for elections in the Republic of North Zumne?

I am hoping we might do another AK day later on this year as an Extra if we can ?
I would like some feedback back from people playing the Jadotville table ?  Either as per book/film or just playing the table with their forces ?
As I would like to run the table again at a show or 2 in the future ?
Then we have the choice of Wild Geese or Siege of Jadotville to take to future shows ? As AK 47 is a popular game system.
Both tables have been designed to be quickly assembled from items we use in normal games, rather than game specific scenery.

Not quite SIMON

Stewart and I were still playing when the others had finished but that was 4pm. Pretty good I think in terms of game and rule pace.

Colonel Kilgore

Well done in squeezing in a 3rd game, chaps.

That is good going on pace - the latest version of AK47 does run along very nicely.
