Error in skim chart

The nice skim chart I most recently did  has some wrong number so it. My error die to the copy and paste I did. Whoops.
Anyway. A newer version (GG) coming along.

Idea
if players don't tell their opponent if they are moving up or down, opponent can move your pice one place up or down

I assume you mean that the opponent moves your piece one space and then they re-take their roll?

See how players react to the outrage?

No , they can have their roll but if they didn't declare their move then opponent can move their piece before they move
