I was very disappointed today when I came to base up my 15mm WW1 Late Germans.  I had added a couple of packs of the Freikorps/Light equipment figures only to find that they were significantly bigger than the rest of the army.  Not only in height but in body size.  So be careful.

I've not noticed this but mine are in separate units. From the tabletop it isn't noticeable...to my eye anyway 😀

Just like me, everyone else is 6'1" and 131/2 stone.

To be honest I have both figures in my LW German Army and hadn't notices any great difference in size.

I have 4 units worth in my early war army (to stand out as a different quality) and haven't noticed any difference.
Slightly different subject, martin has done early war British guards who are taller then than the normal infantry.

I do need to admit that the PP figures are now taller.  This was intended to allow gamers to blend in their PP with other companies who were stretching the 15mm size. . Don't worry , i am not going to go bonkers and start calling them 17mm or 18/19mm. This does mean there will be a size difference between first edition and modern edition PP.  Don't forget that PP started in 1985 so does span 30+ years. In that time, some other 15mm makers/sculptors have come and gone!
If it is an issue, one solution is to crush the figure's legs in smooth pliers (that will make them taller) and then putty over or file the gap. Work involved. Those WW1 Germans were made in about 1997. this gives 20 years of age.

I will try them in separate units.
