Colonel Kilgore

And I'm sorry that I can't drop in for this one - Sundays are more challenging, particularly over the Bank Holiday weekend.

Scenery
I will bring some scenery. A full setup.
Because it is paras I feel obliged to bring a snow setup (?)

martin :)

Stewart 46A

I will bring a complete Green table
As it's summer

Stewart

We now need autumn and spring.
I will bring Vivaldi four seasons for the car trip Stewart.

Good evening chaps, I would love to join you on Sunday, assuming I can borrow an army and hitch a lift?

Smiley Miley 66

I will bring a "green" (nw Europe)table, but I might also put a "brown" (Mediterranean) in the car so the choice can be made ?

Welcome Jim
I have a British para force if that works for you?

It has 3 strong platoons + MMG platoon.
I do have Tetrarch tanks but the day is infantry only.

Officer
1x SMG
5x Rifle
1 x Lt Mortar
1 x PIAT
3 x Bren
(12)

MMG platoon
Officer
4 MMG
1 rifle
(6)

John Watson

I'd drop the PIATs if possible as their is no armour and add a base to the support platoon to bring it up to 7 bases.
John

You are right John but that is all I have.
They are my only army with the casualty bases any way related to the unit colour/name.

Officers are Morecombe, Yarwood, Allen, La Rue and Emery.  The 70's were great (?)

They sound like a smart bunch.  ;D
It's a dashed shame to be deprived of tiny tanks, I'll assume they got lost over the channel somewhere.
So thanks Martin, red devils suit me fine.
Thanks for the steer John, I'm sure I can find *something* to shoot the piats at!

All the best,
Jim

PIAT is quite effective at a building square. Especially with your rolling Jim ?

Thanks for the tip. I'd have to say it was beginners luck and a charitable opponent Miles!  ;D

martin goddard

We have a good selection of armies
Mostly veteran.
I think the Veteran armies will probably be 4 units in size?

I am looking forward to it. Hope PBI is water tight?

Smiley Miley 66

Mine will be Raw. Either one Home Guard or my Crete force ?
