Hi
A turkish command stand, inspired by the Enver Bey character in "The Golden House of Samarkand" :

A Peter Pig turkish cavalry officer from the WW1 range, with a little headswap..  ::)

Hello Martin,
this figure is a turkish cavalry officer, taken from pack 235 in the PP WW1 range :

I just commited a headswap, with a head taken from a turkish officer wearing an Astrakan bonnet in pack 233 (turkish higher command).
The figure is inspired by an episode from the Corto Maltese comic serie, "The Golden House of Samarkand" taking place in 1922, in which the suicide of Enver Bey is depicted with the turkish leader charging alone sabre drawn the russian trenches manned by the Armenian bataillon of the Red Army.

Surprisingly i would not have guessed. The head is probably the most distinct feature on a figure.

Nice
