Hi Dex,

I've paid the deposit and the event is going ahead as far as I am concerned. The 12 attendees so far are listed on the other thread. Yes it would be great to have some more. If anyone is thinking about it judging by the previous events it promises to be a great day out. Games on offer need to be finalised but we'll get that sorted soon.

I was going to run the small Scenarios for Hammerin Iron that Martin has put on the website unless others want to do a proper game ? As these are relatively simple and quick. I have more than enough ships to cover the ones needed.

I've pushed the day on a few more Facebook groups again today.

Working title for my Classic AK47 game is 'The Siege of Sabotville.' Pulling together a new army for the event (thanks PP for the prompt postage as ever) as well as building additional terrain.

How do, gents? Been out of the loop for a little while but now back on it and raring to go.

Had hoped to come and bring an AK47 Reloaded game but now looking to come by train and suspect that might be a bit of a challenge! If hoping now to join and play another game that someone's put on, what's the best way to get involved?

As Jimmy said above, I offered a game of AK47 Republic Reloaded. I will supply the scenery (mat and templates) plus one army and Jimmy will bring his own army.

Unless someone has a strong desire to play it I'm thinking of leaving the Western game at home.

I've a very strong desire to play C&k and the Pirate raid game.

I've been approached by the venue who have asked if we are willing to reduce the number of tables to 7 and cap the number of players at 14 (we have 12 at the moment). This is due to other events being oversubscribed. I'm minded to agree to this. We currently have 5 games I think (AK47 Reloaded; 6mm Square Bashing, Pirate Raid, C&K, Hammerin Iron) which is a good number of games and I can bring Western if requested.
Sounds a good number of people and mix of games to me.
