As to the cover design I think Martin's missed a trick. You need a picture of a German on the cover. Rules with Germans on the cover sell the most. So a Tuetonic Knight or Goth will guarantee sales.

I would love a hard copy.
But the question is how much is it going to cost PP to print out a hard copy ?
How many do they print out ? are they going to sell most of them to cover the cost ?
I am a fan of Digital, and hard copies. It is great having it on your tablet too.

I would go with that John.  I do like a hard copy, professionally printed and bound. Feel more physical that way.

The obvious answer here is for PP to have a Lulu store. You can buy both pdf and hard copy(which is printed on demand ). Lulu do all the hard work

I have heard about this sort of system ? I think something like this has to be looked at ? But others might know more than I do. I am happy to buy both digital and a printed hard copy however it is done !

You upload the PDF, and set up the products you want to set up ... ie PDF or Printed. Lulu gets 20% of profit . But they sort everything
