Army rebase for Square Bashing

This is the first unit, plus machine guns, to be rebased using the texturing system I have finally decided on. It now matches very closely the original basing colours, but with one less stage as the Vallejo texture is pre-coloured. Like the original system I have finished off with a mix of static grass and tufts, trying to give the impression of a 1914 landscape starting to show the effects of industrial warfare.



I have taken some photos of the stages one particular base has gone through for a future edition of the Mill.
