There might be some confusion here about what quantities we sell.

If a  suggested pack would be guaranteed to sell 70 in a year then great news beyond all expectations.
Just need to put down 70 x 4.1 = £287.

The "generic dead" that  was suggested as being "very useful".
6 packs sold in 5 years.
Anyone here own that "very useful"  pack?

Most head packs sell at the rate of 4 packs per year.

Customers usually want things exact.
I often deal with enquires along the lines "these figures have a plume on their hats, but I wanted figures without a plume. Can you make a new pack?".

This is a very tough business to do professionally.
Very enjoyable (thanks to all here who support us with buying the figures),  but very little money in it.
No point worrying about it though.

Will it change?

Is that 4 head packs per choice? Or 4 in total ? Then there has been a couple of years I ve bought the whole total and Dave W the other years ? Your Head Swops are some of the most useful "odds" you can buy. They can change a figure completely, obviously with Hat changes and bare heads to direction of looking etc.
But this is getting away from the original title of this thread.
Looking forward to next week and trying out this force.

I think my purchase for 2 RCW armies may have boosted the numbers for the range!

I definitely have a pack of the generic dead. Most useful for 20th century deads.
