Collated thoughts on Civil War Battles clarifications.

As there has been some discussion on the forum regarding this, I will collated ideas here for discussion.

Important to note that none of this will be official or binding on any future battle day. It is simply a resource for the community. Martin as always has final say on these things as rules author. What is intended is to bring together community clarification on various points of the rules.

Civil War Battles has been with us a long time and there is a large and loyal following of the rules. They still are mentioned favourably across social media which is a testament to how good they are so many years after release.

When the newer way of late of a automatic re roll can come in and when not ?
What parts of the game would these apply to and when not ?
The Victory points is one it should be allowed ?
But May be on the scene settings or lates and losses ?
Just to get the ball rollin ?

Cover behind fences when not lined up along them
Crestlines on hills
If on the edge of a template but charged from a different direction than this edge ( in Sat example was charged from within a farm template) can the defending edge benefit still be applied.
