The tents are for my Crete PBI game - to represent the RAF camp at Maleme. I realise that the camp was probably a little more permanent (certainly the officers' mess, which apparently could not be moved to allow better fields of fire), but tents do imply "camp", so I'm sticking with that!

Thanks Julian. Me too. "How hard can it be to paint a tent with such little detail?" I asked myself several months ago. "Rather harder than it looks!" I can now say with some confidence!

Here is my Fort Massachusetts, large fort for HI originally based in the Gulf of Mexico on the coast of Mississippi. I took the original fort, modified the Gun layout across the top of the fort to sort of conform with the gun pattern of HI. But the main thing was to give me a different looking fort that also came from the Western side of the Civil War theatre. A very enjoyable build and a satisfactory result.
