For and a half years ago I posted above that I would look at playing a game of Abteilung for the first time in 30 odd years.

One of my first mini projects will be to look at what Germans and Russians I have to make two armies and give it a bash.

I wonder if it could be adapted to a grid to give us the option of a battalion level game?

Now there's an article for the Mill if ever there was one!

Confess I am curious about the rules.  A game where each maneuver unit was a company would be interesting.
