How does he do it?

Just a thought. How abut a nice demo of how figures are created from scratch with loads of nice piccies?  It not that I wish to emulate those task of making those amazing pieces of metal or anything but always been curious about the process. Don't have to give away ALL the trade secrets   ;D

Yes, I can give some ideas about techniques.
I might be best to start with how to do conversions?
