What period would you like to see given the RFCM treatment?

QuoteHow about "Space 1888" minor imaginations from The Soldier's Companion"? Graustark, Ruritania, Transbalknia. Or the Malagassy Empire? Duchy of Grand Fenwick? :)

while I had not considered this.... it is cool , and I'd be 'in like Flynn'

Yes the old Freikorps range was good but 8 figures all in the same pose.  The Maximillian Adventure would be great as a RFCM project.  I've been tempted in the past to do this using Irregular  Miniatures 6mm range.

Hi
I know the focus is on SCW, but how about the Chaco War ? Those conflicts are very close, in terms of time and warfare if not in ideology, and a small range of figures (no cavalry, only a few packs of infantry in the usual PP cool poses) would fill a great gap, not only because no one actually produces a decent range of figures for the Chaco War (Khurasan Miniatures are just impossible to obtain in Europa, and the old Irregular are no match compared with the superb Martin's sculpting standards), but also because it's almost impossible to convert others figures (changing heads, etc), as Bolivian and Paraguayan troops wore very specific and typical clothing, headgear and equipement, due to the extreme climatic conditions of that war.
Lastly, I am sure that it would perfectly fit RFCM rules system, Square Bashing of course,.. or why not take opportunity of the new version of Bayonet and Ideology ?...

Not enough modern stuff on PP site.......therefore we need a Zombie Apoc Period!

A raiding game based on the border reivers would be fun-and late tudor/dutch/Irish wars revolt could easily tie in for the figures.

I would also like to see a Rise of Rome Period done, this would cover approx 700BC - 265BC, just before the Punic Wars, Republican Romans, Latins, Samnites, Etruscans, Gauls, Umbrians, and Magna Grecians (Companians, Bruttii, Appualians(Tarantines) maybe even Epirus, this would be a very cool period not yet done properly in 15mm.
