There are 8 armies at the moment.
The armies are not broken into listed factions because each army is treated as a whole.
Obviously Pancho Villa's division of the North could be broken into factions (factions are small parts of a force, not a whole force in its own right).
These factions would be Dorados ( his elite cavalry units), pressed infantry (often ex government),normal cavalry (from his bandit days onwards) plus his MG faction and female camp follower faction. He also had an artillery faction. Breaking the army into the 7 or so factions would be a bit too detailed. Of course players could do this and give each unit/faction a special identity. maybe with a named leader to see how he progresses through the games?

US naval force
